The rumors between two identifiable characters of Game of Thrones in the fantasy prequel have been revealed as the Lannister twins as bastards of the Last well-known Targaryen king Aerys (The Mad King). The strong implication in the books is that Cersei and Jaime are not Tywin Lannister's biological children, but rather the offspring of their mother, Joanna Lannister, and Aerys II Targaryen, the Mad King. This is a well-kept secret that few people in Westeros are aware of.

Joanna Lannister served as Queen Rhaella Targaryen's lady-in-waiting. Aerys allegedly shouted indecent and derogatory things about Joanna during a tournament at Casterly Rock, which might have resulted in an affair.

Aerys was reported to have lusted after Joanna Lannister and was thought to have an obsessive obsession with her. According to others, this obsession may have resulted in an affair, which gave birth to Cersei and Jaime.

The Targaryens' physical traits, such their golden hair, are shared by Cersei and Jaime. Tyrion, their younger brother, in contrast, has the classic Lannister appearance. In the realm of "A Song of Ice and Fire," Targaryen characteristics, such as their silver-gold hair, are frequently distinct and identifiable.

A recurrent subject in the series is Tywin Lannister's dislike of Tyrion, his youngest son and the only child who physically resembles him. Some readers surmise that Tywin's loathing of Tyrion stems from his worry that he may not be his real son.

If the rumors were true that means the Jaime Lannister has killed his own father.
